(it’s the little things…) Whew. & now I can see a little bit more joy amidst the craziness. & one of those overwhelming joys is the behavior...  & thank goodness for that. Because this little slice of heaven was nestled in my toughest day as a mama yet. I was running on four hours of sleep…that I got in one hour increments overnight. Moments like these remind me how sweet this job is…despite the [abundant] challenges. :) Pin it  When I first started to fall in love with photography I was obsessed with perfection. I loved the perfect pose with the perfect smile with the perfect background. I was obsessed with how images looked. Fast forward three years. Add two babes to my life. & it’s just so different now. Between the holidays…a fiery two year old…third trimester of pregnancy…AND a husband TDY (which means GONE, for those of you non-military folk) it’s been tough. I won’t lie. But every night I let her fall asleep with her “christmas” on…her lime green tree...  Christmas has always been my absolute favorite time of year. Add the wondrous eyes of a two year old and there is a whole new level of magic to the season. The simplest joys light her up. Santa…not so much. But twinkle lights elicit oohs-and ahhs from the back seat and plenty of “it’s so...
