It’s been a good week. A productive week. But it ended with a heavy heart & lots of time thinking about how grateful I am.
There was a terrible tragedy in our military medical community this week. It could have happened to any of us. It serves as a big reminder to be careful & diligent and yet also a reminder that even if we are all of those things, bad shit still happens. And it is horrifying. I can’t even imagine. I know too much about this accident & it is keeping me up at night. My heart just breaks.
So I’m hugging my baby even tighter. As if that is even possible.
