my. poor. dog. The older caroline gets, the more he has to put up with. These days, her greatest squeal inducing behavior is charging at him full speed & ramming him with her stroller. He now knows exactly where to hide so she can’t reach him. Poor guy.
But he is fondly called “wusty duuuuude.” & she is excited to see him every time we walk through the door. & he is a GREAT dog. who makes eye contact unlike any other dog I have ever met. You could talk to him for hours & he’d stare right back at you, as if he is hanging on your every word.
We love our rusty dude. I promise to be nicer to him. He deserves it.
