I am without camera at the moment. Well, without my Mark-ette, as I call her. I sent her in to be calibrated with my #1 lens & I thought I would be totally ok using just my iphone for a couple weeks. Silly me.
Day 2 without the mark-ette & out came the backup 30D! I popped on the 50mm 1.4 (which, because the 30D is not a full frame camera, acts similar to an 85mm) and I went snapping. I do not like this focal length. I will probably not ever own an 85mm. I am an in-your-face shooter…and I am finding myself backing up more and more & more…ick! Man, the love hate relationship I have with the mark-ette swiftly became a full out LOVE YOU MEAN IT relationship once I had my backup back in my hands. WOW…that camera is awesome.
The daily cuteness in my life does not stop…and these were just too good to pass up. No posing here. Just a regular activity that the babes, and my former baby like to do. They are so sweet together. And how about the 99%ile noggin on that one. Yikes. Her cabeza is just a few centimeters smaller than mine. Big brain!!
While I am patiently waiting for my other, other, other baby to return, I think I am going to go through my files & see what I can dig up. I know there are some gems sitting on my HD! Happy Monday!
