This is the last month of my pre-paid gym membership. I am not renewing. We have built a crossfit gym in our garage & everything I need for an exhausting workout is in that 90° space. Can’t say I won’t get a good sweat…even if all I do it go stand there. I think there is something strangely nice about working out in a hot space. A good sweat is pretty cathartic.
So it’s just me…my motivation…my iPhone (with the crossfit daily app) and some music. Now I have no excuses.
