Happy New Year! >> san antonio home decorator

I am back! Haven’t fallen off the face of the earth! I’m here–promise! It was a nice long vacation, even though I spent most of it sick on the couch! My couch time led me to a few new design catalogs since I spent most of it enjoying one of my favorite pastimes, magazine flipping! I thought I would share a couple of new catalogs with you and a few of my old, but good ones. Maybe you will enjoy receiving them as much as I do. Here’s a tip: pull your fave designs & start a design binder so you have something to draw inspiration from when the urge to redecorate strikes!

The newest catalog I received that I really enjoyed was Chiasso. What really caught my attention was magnetic flower art, which was a series of magnetic thumbtacks that you stuck into the wall, then attached the complimentary flowers to. So interesting & innovative! I also really liked their rococo wall decals which could accent a room in such an easy way. Overall, the catalog was packed with cool stuff I hadn’t seen before, which was very refreshing. As much as I enjoy Pottery Barn, it bores me to tears because every single catalog looks exactly the same. So…here are a few others that I steal ideas from:

Ballard Designs-customizable furniture & decor or varying styles

Room & Board-beautiful, classic furniture

Home Decorators Collection-fairly traditional decor

Wisteria-mix of modern & traditional decor

Garnet Hill-features unique bedding, kids & adults

Land of Nod-kids furniture, bedding & toys; little sibling of crate & barrel

CB2-uber modern; modern sister to crate & barrel

West Elm-eco chic design; modern sister to pottery barn

Circa Lighting-modern & traditional lighting

Hi! Hello! I am Shawna, the founder of Styleberry Blog. From Decorating to DIY to Diapers and Paleo-ish Dishes, I strive to make the complicated simple and empower women to take action beyond their personal comfort zone. I subscribe to the Shine Theory & so strongly believe that we shine when the women around us shine and mutual support—lifting up instead of tearing down--will always be the culture here. Are you in? I hope so! Beyond the computer, I run Styleberry Creative where I work with clients to create low fuss, high function spaces that are pretty and practical in San Antonio, Texas and beyond. I LOVE making a house a home. My own studs out renovation is now complete and I am now back to working with clients. Please don't hesitate to drop me a line if you'd like to work together! I hope you’ll join me on this fun new adventure! Xo.
