I continue to be blown away at the items that Target brings into its stores. As someone who reads a lot of trade magazines I see what is new & hot in home decor, and I also see the pricetag, which is beyond reach for many americans right now. Well, enter Target, bringing you the trends at an affordable price & easy accesibility in any market.
Today I went to what used to be the Christmas section to check out what was replacing it this year. I remember last year they brought in the “world market” right around this time and this year they have outdone themselves again. The Home Design Event is going on now and they are right on top of the color & texture trends. From smoky blues, greys & purples to the soothing greens & leaf motifs, you’ve got to check it out. There are metallics & animal prints, woven woods & polished furniture. It was hard to leave the store with nothing in hand! Here are some of the samplings, but check it out online & then in person!
