I do not usually bring politics to this blog, but today, I am going to forego the post I had planned & use my voice as a military wife to say…thank you.
Thank you to all of you brave men & women who fight the battle that no one here ever sees. Thank you to all of you brave men & women who support your families while a significant part of your family is halfway around the world.
This country is what it is because of our Armed Forces & the families that support them while they are away.
Thank you for your selfless service.

This is “us” at USAFA in 2003, the year before he graduated. We will be an active duty family until at least 2023. Probably longer.
